SoccerEvolution.com offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING on purchases of $200.00 or more with the exception of: Goals / Heavy / Bulky Equipment, Drop Ship Items (items shipped directly from manufacturer) and Team / Special Orders.
- Within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states,) a $12.50 ground shipping fee will be added to purchases below $200.00. Transit time to most U.S. locations will take 2 - 6 business days via ground shipping service.
- Priority shipping service ($40.00: delivery in 1 - 2 business days,) 3rd day shipping service ($25.00: delivery within 3 business days) shipping options also available for "UPS friendly" shipping addresses within the continental U.S. for MOST orders.
- Free shipping only available within the Continental U.S. (Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii.)
- We can only ship to "UPS friendly" shipping addresses. We cannot ship to PO BOXES & APO/FPO shipping address.
- We can only ship to billing / shipping addresses within the 50 United States -- we cannot ship orders internationally (outside the U.S.)

Ground shipping service to Alaska / Hawaii - $25.00 for most orders
Goals/Heavy Equipment/Teamwear - by quote; shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and varies depending on location.
There is no shipment pickup / delivery on weekends, holidays or business days observed by UPS / USPS as holidays.
MOST orders shipped from our location submitted BEFORE 4pm ET Monday thru Friday will be processed the same day -- however, we do not guarantee to process / ship any order the same day. Orders shipped from our location submitted after 4pm ET will be processed the next business day. There is no Saturday or Sunday pickup / delivery available.
MOST domestic customers will receive orders shipped from our location within 3 - 7 business days via ground shipping service, depending on geographic location.
MOST Drop Ship orders (items shipped directly from manufacturer) are processed within 1 - 3 business days and transit time to most locations is an additional 2 - 6 business days.
Shipping service options can be viewed / selected during step 2 of checkout, prior to credit card submission.
If priority shipping service (delivery in 1 - 2 business days) cost is prohibitive due to size/weight of package and/or shipping location, we will attempt to contact you and if no response, ship order via next best shipping option to prevent additional delays.

Orders shipped from our location submitted after 4pm ET Friday will be processed the next business day, usually Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. There is no Saturday or Sunday pickup / delivery available.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather, natural disasters or any other unexpected act of God or nature.
All return / exchange / defect shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All shipping correction fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be automatically charged to the credit card account used for purchase -- please be sure to submit the correct / valid shipping address.
All shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All return shipments are processed in the order in which they were received -- most defect / refund requests are processed in approximately 10 - 15 business days.
